A youngster died after drowning in a nullah within the Bhara Kahu Police jurisdiction.
Rizwan Abbassi, aged 30, was swimming at a nullah near Korang Nala when he lost his balance and drowned. He was there with his family.
Several attempts were made to rescue the drowned but in vain. However, his body was recovered and shifted to Polyclinic hospital for medico-legal formalities.
The body was handed over to victim’s family after post mortem.
