Punjab’s Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Friday claimed to have arrested four terrorists affiliated with global terror group Islamic State (IS) in Lahore.
As per details provided by the CTD, the arrested militants were planning to target government buildings and sensitive installations in the provincial capital. Explosives were also seized from their possession.
The suspects were identified as Syed Abdul Alam, Hafeezur Rehman, Nisar Ahmed and Tasawur Ameen.
