A young man was tortured over a petty issue within the Civil Lines police jurisdiction.
Jasmine, a resident of Civil Lines, lodged a complaint with the local police that she was walking in Jinnah Park with her fiancé when an unidentified man turned up and started torturing and assaulting her fiancé and fled the scene.
The injured was rushed to local hospital for treatment.
