Rain hit various parts of the city, providing relief to people from hot and humid weather prevailing for three days.
The rain decreased the temperature of the city which was recorded 25 degrees Celsius on Thursday.
According to Met office, more showers are expected at isolated places in Lahore division during the next 24 hours.
