Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Thursday submitted resolutions in Punjab Assembly against lack of facilities in hospitals and honour killings.

The resolutions were submitted by PTI member Sabtain Khan.

The resolutions stated that an alarming increase had been recorded in honour killings in the past five years as 1,850 murders have been committed therefore; a stern law should be made to tackle the crime.

In another resolution, attention was drawn towards lack of facilities in the hospitals.

The resolution mentioned that the government was only making announcements regarding facilities in hospitals however; no practical steps are being taken.
