Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif arrived in Karachi on Thursday morning accompanied by Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar .
Governor Sindh Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan and Chief Minister of Sindh Murad Ali Shah welcomed the prime minister on his arrival to the provincial capital. Inspector General of Sindh Police A.D. Khawaja was also present on the occasion.
According to reports, the prime minister will attend a function of Pakistan Stock Exchange in Karachi.
PM Nawaz is also expected to meet a delegation of rice exporters during his visit to the metropolis.
According to reports, the Prime Minister, on his agenda for today, has meetings arranged with the industrialists and traders in the city.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will also hold a meeting with top provincial officials at the Chief Minister House in Karachi later today.
