Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Murad Ali Shah reached Lahore Monday (today) to attend the eight National Finance Commission (NFC) award ceremony along with few other events.
Murad landed in Lahore directly from Dubai after holding deliberations with former President and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Asif Ali Zardari.
Sindh chief minister after paying a visit at Data Darbar earlier today reached the Governor House and met with the Punjab Governor Malik Muhammad Rafique Rajwana.
Both the leaders discussed the overall political situation and important economic issues.
Speaking on the occasion, the Punjab Governor said that the protection of public’s lives and properties and provision of the peaceful atmosphere is the top priority of the Federal Government.
He said that national issues are not solved on roads, as constitutional institutions and proper legal procedures are present, for their solution.
Murad Ali Shah will also attend an event hosted by Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif and then he will take part in “Meet the Press” event at Lahore Press Club.
