Looks like Fawad Khan’s list of fans across the border is only increasing day by day. Even though they are fighting in the latest Ae Dil Hai Mushkil teaser, Ranbir Kapoor tells the media how he enjoy’s Fawad’s company off-screen.
According to Hindustan Times, Ranbir said it was “a lot of fun” working with the Khoobsurat actor. “He is talented. Hanging out with him, even outside the sets, was so much fun. We struck a good friendship,” said Ranbir.
When news of Fawad’s extended cameo in the film made rounds Ranbir was the most excited, and said, “I hope his part has been increased.”
“Competition is a good thing; it has always been there. It was present when Raj Kapoor (his grandfather), Dev Anand and Dilip Kumar were acting. It only drives us to become better versions of ourselves,” replied Ranbir when asked how he feels about the younger lot in Bollywood, Varun Dhawan, Sidharth Malhotra, Shraddha Kapoor, signing more films than him.
Ranbir previously stated that he’s willing to play a gay man after Fawad’s role in Kapoor & Sons.
Ranbir Kapoor will be seen next in KJo’s production Ae Dil Hai Mushkil alongside Aishwarya Rai, Anushka Sharma and Fawad Khan. The film will hit theatres on Oct 28.
