Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif reached the country today morning after a three-day successful visit to Turkey.
Speaking on his return from Turkey, the chief minister said that the warm welcome accorded to him at Turkey is the expression of love by the government and people of Turkey with Pakistan and Pakistani people.
He said that the relations between the two countries will enhance due to his visit to Turkey and his visit to Turkey has been very useful. Sharif said added that useful meetings have been held with Turk President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Prime Minister BinAli Yildirim, Turk leadership and investors during his visit to Turkey.
He said that Housing Development Administration Turkey (TOKI) has expressed great interest in investment in construction of low-cost houses. The chief minister said that the Turk government has assured full cooperation for further improvement in the health sector and new avenues of cooperation between Turkey and Pakistan have opened as a result of his visit. He said that assurance of cooperation by Turkish President Erdogan in every sector is welcomed. He said that the credit of foiling coup attempt in Turkey goes to President Erdogan and the people of Turkey. He said that the failure of the coup in Turkey is the success of public service of Turk President. The CM said that the struggle made by people of Turkey for saving democracy will be written in golden letters. Sharif had gone to Turkey on a special invitation of Turk President Erdogan.
