At least two lawyers died while 15 others were injured when a tourist van plunged into a deep ravine at Babusar top on Saturday.
According to police sources, a tourist van plunged into a ravine while heading towards Chilas from Babusar top. As a result, two advocates of Mandi Bahauddin identified as Irshad Mujahid and Muhammad Faiz died on the spot while 15 other tourists injured.
The injured were identified as Ikram, Naveed, Dilawar, Zafar, Raja Naseem, Raja Ismail, Nadeem, Rizwaeem Shani, Ashraf, Hussain, Muhammad Shahzad, Waqas, Muhammad Waqas and Nazir Akram, all residents of Ajwal, Malakwal Tehsil, Mandi Bahauddin District.
The police and locals rescued the injured and shifted them to hospital where three injured were stated to be in a critical position.
