A judicial magistrate on Friday declared Qandeel Baloch’s two brothers as proclaimed offenders.
The police told the court that during an investigation of in-custody brother Waseem, it was found that her other brothers, Arif and Aslam Shaheen were also found involved in the murder.
The police asked them to present themselves for investigation but they never showed up.
Arif is settled in Saudi Arabia while Aslam is a government employee.
Qandeel’s brother Waseem had confessed to strangling her to death to save the ‘honour of the family’. However, officials in Punjab Forensic Science Agency on Saturday revealed that the model had been strangled to death by her cousin Haq Nawaz instead of by her brother.
In July this year, Qandeel was killed allegedly by her brother in an apparent honour killing.
The murder took place when Qandeel was sleeping at her house in Muzaffarabad, her parents said in a statement recorded to the police.
