The multi-talented Priyanka Chopra has recently decided to flaunt her singing skills by doing a rendition of Britney Spears’ iconic pop song ‘Toxic’ alongside Hollywood actress Jodie Foster.
For a new episode of “Lyrical Improv with Lynn Hirschberg,” via W Magazine, Priyanka and Jodie performed “Toxic” in two very different ways
While Jodie did a serious reading, solemnly saying lines like “You’re dangerous / I’m loving it,” Chopra enthusiastically sang the lyrics, “I’m addicted to you / Don’t you know that you’re toxic?”
The quirky new video received mixed reviews. While some called it hilarious and entertaining, others criticized Priyanka’s performance as overdone. Critics mocked her attempts to mimic Britney’s persona.
