FIR Lodged against Altaf Hussain in London

Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Altaf Hussain gave telephonic orders from London to attack media houses in Pakistan yesterday. This resulted in the killing of one media worker, violence on streets of Karachi and burning down of a media house, said Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) head of UK & Europe, Sahibzada Jahangir while talking exclusively on telephone with Pakistan Today.

He said acting upon instructions from the party leader Imran Khan he lodged an FIR with the London Metropolitan Police last night against Altaf Hussain for the incitement to murder, violence, hatred against Pakistan, a commonwealth country friendly to Great Britain.

Jahangir charged him for the murder of a journalist as well as human and collateral damage. “This under the British law is an ex-facie act of terrorism.”

Jahangir said that Altaf Hussain acted as a mastermind and agent provocateur to incite terrorism internationally and demanded that Altaf Hussain be arrested immediately. He was assured that Metropolitan Police will immediately start the investigation.

PTI leader said he would soon be meeting with the National Security Advisor to the British Prime Minister Sir Mark Lyall Grant and the British Home Secretary and will brief them on the atrocities that are been conducted regularly in Karachi by the militant wing of MQM on the telephonic directions of Altaf Hussain.

He expressed surprise “why so far the British authorities have failed to apprehend him and place him behind bars especially when all evidence of Imran Farooq assassination clearly indicates his personal involvement.”

“PTI leader Imran Khan for the last many years has been knocking on the doors of courts in the UK but unfortunately no action has been taken,” said Jahangir.
