Siraj-ul-Haq leads funeral prayer of JI activist in Lahore

Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Chief Siraj-ul-Haq offered funeral prayers of JI worker on Sunday (today).

Yakki Gate resident Mirza Mohammad Tanveer who was the only witness of his two brothers’ murder case was gunned down near Lahore’s Shah Alam area, the other day.

Political leaders including former Punjab governor Chaudhry Sarwar and opposition leader in Punjab Assembly  Mehmood-ur-Rasheed also participated in the last rituals of the slain.

On the occasion, the JI chief demanded to ensure justice to the bereaved family by sentencing the culprits.
