The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) claimed to have apprehended at least five suspects, including two wanted and one blacklisted person during raids in different cities.
On a tip-off, the officials off loaded blacklisted person Sajid Mahmood, who was to fly to United Arab Emirates (UAE) from Benazir Bhutto International Airport in Islamabad, and handed him over to FIA anti-human trafficking cell.
Meanwhile, the FIA on a tip-off conducted a raid in Lahore and rounded up at least four suspects, including two wanted criminals.
The FIA shifted the suspects to undisclosed locations for further investigations while their identity was not disclosed.
