Police have arrested the wrong person for the third time in the Rawalpindi stabbing attacks case.
No direct link of the accused Jamal has been established in the case, police said. The accused is being interrogated in police custody.
Earlier police had arrested two more people in the case but later released them claiming that one of them was a drug addict and the second was seeking medical treatment.
