All Pakistan Organisation of Small Traders and Cottage Industries (APOSTCI) President Mehmood Hamid said on Saturday that the APOSTCI and traders of Quaidabad had condemned the demolition of 155 legal shops of Bismillah Market, Quaidabad, by the government and administration.
He said this while addressing a protest demonstration held by APOSTCI and Quaidabad’s traders in Quaidabad. He demanded to immediately stop the demolition of legal shops in Quaidabad and warned the government of holding protests by all traders of Karachi, if their demands were not met.
The small traders attended the demonstration in a large number and expressed their displeasure on the attitude of government and administration. Traders of Quaidabad, Sahib Zaman, Haider Khan, Khadim Hussain, Khursheed Butgrami, and Shoukat Rabbani addressed the protesters.
