Police arrested a target killer of a political party involved in murder of about a dozen people during operation on Saturday.
On a tip-off, Tipu Sultan police conducted a raid in its jurisdiction during which a target killer allegedly belonging to a political party was apprehended. In the preliminary investigation, the detainee confessed to killing 11 people. He was wanted by Iqbal Market police station in five criminal cases. The arrestee is serving in DMC Karachi and he is close aide of under-custody target killer, Alaouddin Kala. The police, after registering a case against the culprit, have started further investigation.
