The old transformer fixed on St. # 14 of Phase IV of DHA has exploded
for the third time plunging the area in darkness and water scarcity.
While it takes almost 4 hours to replace the transformer but it is often replaced by a faulty one which explodes in a few weeks. DHA and WAPDA authorities are responsible for maintaining power supply arrangements in DHA Phase-IV but they are miserably failing in their
tasks which trouble the consumers in the form of curtailed power and water supply for hours in the area which ought to be redressed by the authorities. While electricity charges are ever increased the service rendered to consumers is poor and faulty which needs to be looked into
by highly paid bosses of DHA and WAPDA who are failing to provide assured supply of water and power to consumers who pay hefty bills each month for power and water being supplied to inmates.
