The Rawalpindi Arid Agriculture University (AAU) has approved reserved seats for Afghan students in various degree programmes.
This was decided in the 54th meeting of AAU academic council which was held under Vice Chancellor Dr Rai Niaz Ahmad on Tuesday.
In pursuance of orders of the prime minister, one seat will be reserved for Afghan student in every faculty.
It has been made mandatory on all the degree level students of this university to complete one agriculture course for attaining degree.
