Pakistani man missing from his hotel room in New Delhi

A Pakistani national Tuesday has gone missing from his hotel room in New Delhi, according to the Indian media.

The 43-year-old Mohammad Salim had arrived in Delhi with a group of 140 Pakistanis on July 22.

According to a police official, they were staying at hotels in Central Delhi’s Nabi Karim area.

The hotel staff informed the police when Salim’s companions went to his hotel room to take him for a last busy ride, a day before their departure on July 27.

It was found that Salim went missing along with his belongings.

Police said that a case was registered in this regard and a manhunt has been launched to trace him.
