No country has suffered so much from terrorism as Pakistan. The loss of thousands of innocent lives in numerous terrorist activities sheds light on the bitter reality that the country is facing every now and then. The recent terrorist attack in Quetta which killed at least 70 people and wounded more than hundred is strongly condemnable. The blast was followed by the assassination of former President of Balochistan Bar Association Bilal Anwar Kasi. Unfortunately, Quetta has experienced number of violence and target killings during the last decade and has once again become the victim of a terrorist attack. However, whether it is Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar or Quetta such barbaric acts are against humanity and are conspiracies to disrupt peace in the country. Since it is the responsibility of state and government to protect the lives of its people therefore, the government must hunt down all the perpetrators behind such attacks and eliminate the scourge of terrorism from the country on priority basis.
