The police on Wednesday foiled a bid to blast their check post on Bypass Road in Charsadda.
The police recovered a bomb weighing one and a half kilogrammes near their check post. The bomb disposal squad (BDS) defused it.

The BDS was called in which defused the bomb preventing causalities and property losses.
