Sindh Rangers shot a Lyari gangster dead during an operation in the metropolis on Tuesday.
According to rescue sources, an armed man opened fire at the Rangers personnel when they were carrying out an operation in Singu Lane area of Lyari. During exchange of fire, the gunman was killed, while one of Rangers personnel wounded. The body of 25-year-old Lyari gangster was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for medico-legal formalities.
