Islamabad AIG died of heart attack: Forensic report

Islamabad Operations Additional Inspector General (AIG) Aashir Hameed, who was found dead in mysterious circumstances at his official residence last month, died of heart attack, his forensic report suggests.

According to a report, the copy of forensic report disclosed that no toxic substance was found in the stomach of the late police officer. Three vessels of Aashir’s heart were found shrunk, it said.

The Islamabad operations AIG’s body was found at his residence in the federal capital on July 22. Aashir Hameed was transferred to Balochistan one month ago but he was still residing in his official residence in Islamabad.

  1. I have been diagnosed with heart disease following a minor heart attack a few months ago. I live alone and enjoy my independence, but am worrying about the future. Has anyone got any information on health, which would help enable me to stay living at home?
