Bilawal Bhutto summons PPP’s Azad Kashmir leadership in Karachi

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Tuesday summoned the party’s Kashmir leadership in Karachi to discuss defeat in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) elections.

Sources said that the leaders would present report over the reasons behind PPP’s defeat in AJK polls. The participants would also talk on the interference of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) in the elections.

PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will also take the party into confidence over the name of opposition leader nominated for AJK’s legislative assembly.

Moreover, exchange of views would also be held on new organisational headship.

Earlier, the PML-N bagged 32 seats, All Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference won three seats while Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and PPP won two seats each.
