The central character of Rahim Yar Khan torture cell scandal Kami Khan surrendered himself to police on Monday.
According to police, Kami Shah was hiding from the law for several days and scores of cases have been registered against him.
After a video of a man getting beaten up by several influential people in a torture cell in Rahim Yar Khan became viral, local authorities launched crackdown against the culprits involved in the incident.
Sources said that the torture cell was functioning with the patronage of the police and influential people having political connections.
