PTI  Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi the other day said that the party will run another movement against the government from August 7.

While addressing a ceremony in New York, Qureshi said that the campaign would not be against democracy but it will deal with the corruption.

He congratulated the elected members of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and hoped that the coming elections would be transparent and fair.

Qureshi  also rejected the news related to leaving the party and termed such information as rumours.

Earlier, PTI chairman Imran Khan called a meeting of his party’s senior leaders at his residence Bani Gala in Islamabad.

The situation of country’s affairs will be discussed in the meeting.

It is also expected that the schedule and strategy of protests against the government, which are going to start on 7 August, will be decided. The preparation of those protests will also be checked in the meeting.
