The Airport Security Force (ASF) foiled a bid to smuggle 668 grams of heroin at the Benazir Bhutto International Airport (BBIA) on Sunday.
Muhammad Israr, a resident of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir, was intending to travel to Manchester via a private airline when ASF officials intercepted him and recovered the contraband from his language.
The drugs were concealed in clothes.
The alleged drug peddler was handed over to the Anti Narcotics Force for further investigation.
