AJK Legislative Assembly on Sunday strongly condemned the state terrorism by Indian forces against peaceful innocent Kashmiris struggling for their internationally recognised right to self-determination.
The session in a unanimous resolution urged the United Nations, other humanitarian organisations, and the international community to take serious notice of Indian brutalities in the Indian-held territory.
It demanded that a fact-finding commission should be sent in Indian-held Kashmir to assess the Indian atrocities in held territory.
It also expressed gratitude to people and government of Pakistan for expressing complete solidarity with the Kashmiris.
Raja Farooq Haider Khan, Chaudhary Abdul Majeed and Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan spoke on the occasion and strongly condemned the Indian atrocities.
The resolution was moved by member assembly Ahmed Raza Qadri.
