Pakistani cricket team tours Manchester United home ground with families

The Pakistan cricket team visited English Premier League club Manchester United’s home ground on Wednesday while on a tour of England after a gap of five years.

Pakistan Cricket Team official Facebook fan page released pictures of players, including captain Misbah-ul-Haq, opening batsman Mohammad Hafeez, left-arm fast bowler Wahab Riaz, and ODI captain Azhar Ali, visiting the Theatre of Dreams with their families, coach Micky Arthur, team manager Intikhab Alam and other supporting staff on the invitation of one of the biggest football clubs in the country.

The visit comes after Misbah’s men suffered a defeat in the second Test by 330 runs, which means the four-match series now hangs in the balance.

The Green Caps are scheduled to face county side Worcestershire in a two-day practice game which will begin on Friday before facing hosts for the all-important third Test which will begin on August 3 at Edgbaston, Birmingham.
