AT least eight people were arrested for allegedly violating the 11 Punjab Residence Ordinances within the RA Bazaar, Saddar Wah and Taxila police jurisdictions.
The Taxila police arrested house owner Nazakat, tenant Mohammad Momin for violating the security ordinance.
Meanwhile, Saddar Wah police apprehended house owner Jamil Khan and tenant Sher Khan for violating the Punjab Residence Ordinance.
RA Bazaar police booked printing press owner Imran and workers Nawaz, Ahsan for providing incomplete documents.
