As a person who likes to see good rapport between India and Pakistan, I am really concerned about the current tension between the two countries
[To be frank] Historically and geographically, India and Pakistan have many similarities in terms of history, education and natural resources [like rivers and land].
Another interesting fact is that there are more English newspapers being read and circulated both in India and Pakistan [a clear indication of the great English knowledge available in the two countries].
We should understand that an eye for an eye cannot be a solution to any issue. According to Lao-Tzu [also known as Laozi]:
Watch your thoughts; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.
Watch your habits; they become character.
Watch your character; it becomes your destiny.
Let us do better by focusing on the above-mentioned words of wisdom. It is time to end acts of hatred immediately and instead concentrate on creating safe and secure environment for all.
As for India and Pakistan, the best option is to go ahead with the possible chances of a meeting between the Prime Ministers of the two countries.
Only then will we be able to present good relationship and strong growth on the international platform.

In the light of rampant poverty and under developement, one does not need to have a degree in political science or economics, common sense guides us to a very simple piece of wisdom. Both should give top priority to peace so that instead of wasting valuable resourses on military hardwars and political brinkmanship, resouses should be spent on hardware and software that fights war agains poverty. Sadly the political animal the world over has always had a Mechiavellian mindset unable and incapable of absorbing this elementry wisdom.
