Terrorist held with two bombs in Peshawar

The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested a wanted terrorist and recovered two bombs from his possession on Monday.

The CTD team reacting to an intelligence report started snap checking at Ring Road Achini Cross locality of the provincial capital Peshawar.

During the operation a terrorist identified as Sher Rehman was arrested along with two locally manufactured bombs.

The detainee was wanted by LEAs in several incidents of terrorism, target killings and receiving extortion money.

The detainee was being interrogated and important revelations and more arrests were expected.
