  1. In a letter sent to Maharaja Hari Singh on 27 October 1947, the then Governor-General of India , Lord Mountbatten accepted the accession with a remark, “it is my Government’s wish that as soon as law and order have been restored in Jammu and Kashmir and her soil cleared of the invader the question of the State’s accession should be settled by a reference to the people.” but now the real facts on the ground are just opposite Law and Order further is being deteriorated by calculated step by Muslims and blame put squarely on govt. shoulders & the soil is not free of Muslim invaders so called Muslim kashmiris
First of all we need compensate by nullifying votes of more than 12 lakh Muslims because that’s the number of Hindus driven away from their home and still counting, also illegal immigrants in recent years will be taken into account .Then it would be justifiable to raise issue at UN

  2. just like israel ,pakistan is an artificial country.which has no prior existance,it is created with the help of english man just for fun and has no legel existace.
