The Islamabad High Court (IHC) dismissed post-arrest bail of Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) assistant director involved in an illegal creation of plots and bypassing seniority list.
A division bench comprising Justice Aamir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani dismissed the plea of the accused after going through the arguments.
During the course of proceedings, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Senior Prosecutor Adnan Tahir apprised the bench that plaintiff leveled very serious allegations on the accused which might lead to more revelations about the links of other big wigs.
He said, “Earlier, accused was granted a pre-arrest bail in the matter and since then he has been avoiding appearing before the NAB authorities by using delay tactics from three months and requested to dismiss bail application.”
