A youth along with a co-accused gunned down his mother for ‘honour’ and injured another on Monday.
The police said that an accused, hailing from Orangi Town No IV, was suspicious about the character of his mother. The culprit along with his nephew opened indiscriminate fire killing his mother on the spot and injuring another person.
The police reached the scene on getting the information and arrested the culprits besides recovering the gun.
The body and injured were shifted to the hospital for medico-legal formalities.
