At least three people were killed while two others sustained severe injuries as the roof of an ice factory collapsed due to boiler blast near Saba Cinema Karachi on Monday (today).
The local residents rescued the victims and shifted them to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital where three employees succumbed to their injuries.
Police and Rangers personnel also arrived at the scene and launched an investigation into the matter.
On the other hand, the gas of the factory has spread in the area and irked the natives.
