Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday stated that the people need to foil the attempts of those organising sit-ins. He mocked his political rivals by stating that accountability was being demanded by those who were corrupt themselves.
Sharif inaugurated a hospital having latest medical equipment in Raiwind on Sunday. He addressed the hospital staff and directed that the hospital should be administered in the best manner whilst warning that the hospital shall be handed over to an NGO if not managed well enough.
The CM addressed the public and criticised Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto by stating that the nation has not forgotten about the Surrey Palace, adding that Bilawal would be with his father in London or Dubai if cases regarding corruption were to be re-opened.
Shehbaz also advised Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan by stating that Khan was a popular leader, he should be careful before issuing statements.
Punjab CM ensured that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will return to the country soon.
