24 Station House Officers (SHO) police and 36 in-charge investigations were removed from their posts and were demoted in an out of turn promotion case.
The officers were ordered to report to police line as soon as possible, whereas vacant posts would be filled by officers soon. Few days back 20 superintendent police and 65 deputy superintendent police (DSP) were removed from their posts.
