At least three suspects of a banned outfit were killed on Thursday in a joint operation of Frontier Corps (FC) and security agencies at Sariab Road in Quetta.
According to FC spokesman, the security forces conducted a raid on Sariab Road and killed at least three militants in an exchange of fire. The terrorists belonging to an outlawed organisation were involved in the targeted killing of policemen and FC personnel.
On the other hand, funeral prayers were offered for four FC officers were killed when their vehicle came under attack in Quetta’s Double Road area.

“Four paramilitary soldiers were martyred and two other soldiers and a civilian were wounded in the firing by unknown gunmen on a motorcycle,” Frontier Corps spokesman Khan Wasay told media.
On Tuesday four policemen were killed in two separate attacks in Quetta.
Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Quetta said that target killers would never be forgiven as he directed to speed up the action against them.
