Eid holidays of anti-dengue campaign workers abolished

Expressing dissatisfaction over the performance of anti-dengue campaigns conducted by the District Health Department in Rawalpindi, the Punjab Government has abolished Eid holidays of workers of the health department, TMAs, WASA and RDA.

Expressing utter dissatisfaction over the performance of the anti-dengue campaign in Rawalpindi over the report dispatched by the health department, the Punjab government has opted to deal with the situation in a more scientific way. It has been decided to provide android cell phones to more than 450 anti-dengue campaigns in order to monitor the performance of the workers.

So far the government has provided android cell phones to 150 anti-dengue campaigns.
