The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday rejected the petition of supermodel Ayyan Ali to remove her name from the Exit Control List (ECL).
The supermodel had filed an application in the Sindh High Court to remove her name from the ECL list but the court rejected the petition. The court remarked that her case was pending before the Supreme Court and the case would be heard after verdict of the apex court.
An application was filed by Saima Ijaz, widow of the slain customs inspector who was investigating Ayyan Ali’s money laundering case, saying that her husband was murdered and Ayyan Ali should not be allowed to leave the country for being involved in the case.
