Officials are ascertaining whether the development could be relied on or was it only aimed to distract the law enforcers.

On June 20, Owais Shah went missing from Clifton shopping mall while his mobile phone was switched off since afternoon.

Owais was present outside the Super Market in Clifton when four unidentified men wearing police caps forced him into a car and sped away. An eight-member investigation team of police was also formed to probe the matter.
