Qandeel Baloch demands security over ‘life threats’

Social media icon Qandeel Baloch demanded the Ministry of Interior, Federal Investigation Agency and Islamabad SSP to provide fool proof security.

She also urged authorities to take action against the responsible allegedly involve in sharing her personal documents on social media.

In a letter, written to top officials with her actual name Fauzia Azeem, it was informed that the pictures of her passport and CNIC have been uploaded on social media and websites which caused her severe tension.

“Her life is at threat and she is receiving threat calls as there are no security arrangements at her residence. Therefore, she prayed to ensure security arrangements,” the letter added.

It requested the authorities concerned to remove her original documents from social media and take stern action against persons allegedly involved in heinous crime as it is an attempt to defame her image in the showbiz, the letter concluded.
