Two TTP terrorists nabbed in Karachi

The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Monday apprehended two terrorists belonging to the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in Karachi’s site area.

According to reports, the CTD, on a tip off about the presence of terrorists, carried out a raid in Karachi’s site area and apprehended two Afghan nationals.

During the initial investigations, the terrorists confessed of belonging to the TTP and providing medical treatment to the injured TTP terrorists.

The CTD also recovered fake identity cards from the possession of terrorists.

On the other hand, Saudabad police arrested five accused involved in street crime activities and recovered drugs and mobile phones from their possession.

Meanwhile, Saddar police detained five suspects during a search operation while five people were nabbed during a search operation conducted in Liaquatabad’s Jhanda.
