I would like to bring to the notice of the concerned authorities both the declining conditions of public transport and some remedial measures to curb this problem.

The condition of public transport has been declining due to multiple factors. Firstly, the policies of the bus owners are not very effective.  They do not spend much money in order to make the travel comfortable. Moreover, the frequent strikes, protests and unfair burning of mass transit have also contributed greatly to the decline in conditions.

This decline in the condition of public transport has numerous effects also the public feel insecure while travelling by bus. Moreover the unavailability and over crowdedness of buses also bring irritation to the public. People face difficulties in getting to work on time and those who are sitting on the buses’ roofs are endangering themselves.

This declining in the condition of public transport can be made better by adopting effective policies and make necessary efforts to improve management system.  Furthermore, sufficient availability of transport and security of public must be ensured.
