Metro Islamabad Warranty Cards for electronic appliances are deceptive. They direct buyers to approach service centres for repair or replacement of defective goods. But, no service centre is listed on the Warranty. Your persistent calls remain unanswered. I have been trying in vain to complain about my newly bought Xinhe room cooler. Could any government agency look into the fraudulent warranties, and give relief to the aggrieved buyers?
