Bilawal for speeding up party’s reorganisation process

Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Tuesday expressed satisfaction over the performance of party’s coordination committee of Sindh and directed it to speed up reorganisation process involving every worker and their opinion.

The PPP chairman presided over the meeting of party’s coordination committee Sindh at Bilawal House on Tuesday. Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah and Senator Sherry Rehman attended the meeting besides members of the committee including Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Murad Ali Shah, Maula Bux Chandio, Nafisa Shah, and Rashid Rabbani.

Bilawal directed the committee to include women among office-bearers of mother organisations and hold separate workers meetings for other wings like women, youth, student and labour. The committee briefed the chairman about its activities so far and meetings which completed in eight districts besides the recommendations prepared through consensus and input from party cadres for their respective district organisations.

On the occasion, the PPP chairman also asked the chief minister to ensure that Sindh government goes for anti-corruption legislation with input from civil society for conducting impartial and independent accountability in the province.
