Cameron conveys best wishes for PM Nawaz Sharif

British Prime Minister David Cameron enquired about the recovery of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and conveyed his best wishes.

According to a press release received on Sunday, Cameron communicated his wishes to Pakistan High Commissioner in the United Kingdom Ibne Abbas who met him at Ten Downing during the “Trooping the Colour” parade.

Earlier on Saturday, Britain’s Prince Charles also met PM Sharif at the latter’s residence in London and congratulated him on his successful open heart surgery. Prince Charles also brought honey from the gardens of Clarence House.

PM Sharif was discharged from a hospital in central London on Monday, where he underwent an open heart surgery on May 31.
